Overview
Project Manager is responsible for leading Clear Point Engagements for financial institution clients. Responsible for identifying, implementing, and monitoring opportunities to improve operational effectiveness for bank and credit union clients through a proven process including on-site and off-site data gathering, analysis, quantification, client interviews, client observations and presentation methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client presentations with the sales team to review results and opportunities leading to procuring a signed engagement letter.
  • Gather and analyze data including master service agreements, contracts, and invoices from clients in multiple formats including Excel, Access, Word, PDF, TXT, etc. to be converted into electronic format and used in Excel or Access to determine cost reduction opportunities.
  • Prepare extensive consulting reports in Microsoft Word for client presentations outlining background, opportunities, financial benefit, and best practices with specific recommendations for operational improvement.
  • Generate presentation reports to Executive Management of the client and answer specific questions on written findings and recommendations.
  • Continuously find and develop methodologies to improve client data gathering and analysis.
  • Create Executive Summary of Recommendations and Top 10 list of initiatives to direct presentation of findings.
  • Follow-up with the sales manager for the most recent close out discussion to discuss any potential follow-up proposals to be sent to the client for additional consulting work.
  • Provide regular updates to the SVP of consulting on project status, project issues, and any other information required about the project. This includes creating status updates in the current Excel status report on the server.
  • Keep abreast of current technology and trends across all functional areas within banks and credit unions and try to attend at least 1 technology or operational conference annually. Attend any necessary continuing education classes to assist in this effort.
  • Work with any third parties that might have relevant data that can be used in creation and updates of benchmarks used in Clear Point studies. Work with sales team and Market View managers on obtaining Clear Point data from Market View clients willing to share their data to keep the Clear Point benchmark data fresh and relevant.
  • Work with the sales team on any custom engagements and continued improvement in the design of Clear Point sales and deliverable information.
  • Work with the SVP of consulting on any budgetary or other requests throughout the year as needed.
  • Provide other assistance to the Consulting Services Group as directed.

 

Other Skills & Background

  • Minimum of 7+ years of banking experience
  • Knowledge of how financial institutions operate including an understanding of deposit and loan products.
  • Significant knowledge and experience working with Excel and Word in analyzing data and preparing reports.
  • Experience and knowledge of data gathering techniques for reporting, analysis, and tracking purposes.
  • The ability to collect data, take detailed notes, provide meaningful analysis, and document results in proper reporting formats.

Overview
The Senior Account Executive will be primarily responsible for lead generation and relationship-building activities in assigned accounts within a designated geographical region. This position supports the company’s business plan and revenue goals, with a primary focus on generating Discovery calls with banking prospects. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the SVP / Business Development to take prospects through the sales process and close new sales. Conference calls will be scheduled with the SVP / Business Development and at least one C-level executive (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO), or an interested decision-maker, from the bank or credit union prospect to discuss the company’s solutions.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Develop leads and cultivate relationships via phone and email in assigned accounts.
  • Schedule Discovery calls with banking prospects to include the SVP / Business Development.
  • Prospecting and lead generation is critical to this position.
  • Work with the SVP / Business Development to take prospects through the sales funnel, close new business, and expand the current client base within the respective geographical region.
  • The position will be assigned specific goals and measured on a range of KPIs, including Activity KPIs (Calls and Emails) and Productivity KPIs (Discovery calls, Presentations, and Sales).
  • Minimum expectation: 250 Total Activities (outbound Calls and/or Emails) per week.
  • The sales goal will be 25% - 50% higher than the Account Executive role.

Communication

  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with clients and prospects.
  • These skills are essential for daily prospecting via phone and email.
  • Clear, effective verbal communication is required for conference calls and sales presentations.
  • The Senior Account Executive will contribute 25% - 50% of the total verbal communication on Discovery conference calls and/or Sales Presentations.

Administration

  • Create ROI / Benefit analyses, PowerPoint sales decks, Outlook calendar invites, proposals, FedEx packages, email templates, and other content to assist the SVP / Business Development during the sales process.
  • Maintain updated, organized, and detailed notes and contacts in Salesforce.com.
  • Assist Marketing in executing Direct Mail, Digital campaigns, and other Sales and Marketing efforts.
  • The Senior Account Executive will demonstrate proficiency and autonomy with daily administrative responsibilities.

Training & Development

  • Participate in all required meetings, courses, training, and coaching sessions to strengthen industry and product knowledge.
  • Enhance communication skills and sales abilities to grow as a sales professional.
  • Understand the concepts and mechanics of the company’s consulting solutions.
  • Stay well-informed of current market and industry news via resources such as LinkedIn, S&P Global, FDIC, NCUA, CFPB, ABA, ICBA, CUNA, Credit Union Times, and others.

Overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for all AP functions for the company. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the breakroom.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Accounts Payable, including processing bills in QuickBooks Online using correct GL codes and classes, obtaining proper approvals and paying bills on time. Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files including current W-9 forms and develop a good working relationship with vendors.
  • Enter credit card charges in QuickBooks Online in a timely manner using correct GL codes and classes, be proactive in following up on missing receipts, and assemble monthly statements with receipts attached.
  • Process employee expense reports, ensuring proper backup and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor company cash balances, initiate recurring and one-time ACH payments and wire transfers as needed and resolve payment exceptions.
  • Assist with year-end 1099 preparation.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
  • Ensure breakroom is organized and stocked. Purchase breakroom supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all accounting deadlines and maintain open communications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
