ATLANTA, October 14, 2013 – Ceto and Associates, a national consulting firm providing consulting services to the financial industry, has named Matthew E. Speed as a manager within their Consulting Service Group.
Speed will be responsible for managing Revenue Enhancement Program (REP) engagements for financial institution clients. This responsibility entails identifying, implementing and monitoring opportunities to increase revenue for client banks and credit unions through a proven process including on-site and off-site data gathering, analysis, quantification, approval, and implementation and monitoring methodologies.

Speed is a dynamic finance professional that has a strong background in financial institutions. Prior to joining Ceto and Associates, Speed worked for Regions Bank, where in his role he created new relationships with several large clients and grew relationships with current clients. He also held the position of branch sales manager, where he added new lines of business and growth to the client base, transforming a stagnant branch into the bank’s top performing branch. Speed is very knowledgeable of banking products and services and operations, sales, and finance groups
